Day 10; Body aches, snoring, and a small voice drop

Depression is still going to be something I will have to deal with, small voice drop, flu-like body aches, snoring phenomenon, sore throat, but feeling a bit more calm. I’m watching what I eat and avoiding too much salt. I’ve also been really taking care of my skin. Continue reading
